Father Todd

I have loved Corbin Bernsen as Father Todd on Y&R. He's also on the TV show Psych, it's a really good show on the USA network here in the US. If anyone is interested he has a facebook page and posts on it almost every day. There are some beautiful pictures of his family on there too! Hopefully we'll be seeing more of Father Todd!!

So he says he shot four more shows last month - wonder if that ties in with the Patty story winding down? He sounds as if he's in great demand as an actor so I guess it was just lucky he could squeeze Y & R in. Wish he was more of a permanent fixture on the show. I've really enjoyed his performances whenever he's been on. Very "authentic". Loved the brotherly chemistry he and Doug played.

I've enjoyed watching Corbin on Y&R, too. He and Doug play off each other very well. They really do act like brothers and I hope we get to see more scenes between them.

I'm excited that Father Todd came back, although I can't believe he's the Priest for Jack/Emily's wedding. Hopefully we'll see more Father Todd/Paul scenes.

Love seeing Father Todd! He and Paul have such great sibling chemistry. He's back again on the 16th. Hope it's not for "Patty's" funeral. There is something very calming about his presence. Bit like Traci when she comes back.

As for him marrying Jack and Emily - that was a pretty lame excuse "I can't leave them without a celebrant". Even if he didn't know who he was marrying at first as soon as he found out it was his ex serial divorcee BIL he should have excused himself. I don't know how he could look Paul in the eye and tell him he could marry his nemesis after he declined to marry him and Nikki! Guess rules are made to be broken! Bugs me when the writers so this! It's so inconsistent and makes their plot driven agenda so obvious!

It was great seeing Father Todd again, too. I'm glad the writers didn't completely forget about the Williams clan. I know Carolyn Conwell was asked to reprise her role of Mary Williams, but declined for various reason. I just wish somebody would let Steve? (the oldest brother) know. It would be nice to have his name mentioned every once in awhile.

Corbin and Doug have great chemsitry and I remember reading an article once where Jeanne Cooper thought of Doug has a son. It's kind of funny that they're playing brothers.

Hopefully we'll continue to get more brother scenes.
