Paul is the first member of the Williams family to appear on the show. He was born on May 20, 1960. Since 1978, the handsome, classy and always obliging private investigator
has saved many lives: Lauren's, Christine's, Victoria's, Nikki's ... He fell in love with Cindy (she died in his arms), Lauren (they are still good friends), Cassandra, Christine (where is she?) and Maggie (why has he never introduced her to his mother?). He had a daughter Heather with April, and then a son Ricardo Carl (Ricky) with Isabella.
Heather came back to Genoa City in July 2007. In November 2007, Paul told her that she was his daughter. At first, Heather gave him a very hard time, but then they have slowly been getting closer.
They also teamed up to find Ji Min's murderer.
In May 2009, Paul ran into a mysterious woman named Mary Jane Benson. He investigated her, and she finally told him she was his sister Patty.
